The Inspiration
In ancient Greek mythology, Alkē (ἀλκή) is the goddess of battle spirit — the force that rises in you when the summit seems out of reach, when your legs are spent and the trail keeps climbing, when the finish line is a blur and quitting feels rational.
She is not the goddess of winning. She is the goddess of not stopping.
We named this brand after Alke because we believe that spirit lives in every person who laces up and moves — whether you're chasing a podium, finishing your first 5K, or simply choosing the harder path because it makes you feel alive.
Why we exist
We started ALKE out of frustration. As runners ourselves, we kept hitting the same wall: the best running gear — the one with functional 360° waist pockets, technical fabrics that actually breathe and is comfortable to wear, bold designs that turn heads at the start line — all came with hefty price tags more suited for the foreign market.
Runners deserved a better choice. So we built the alternative.
